Police in Mpigi has arrested a monster step, Father, for sleeping on his one-year-old daughter in a brutal act of aggravated defilement.
26-year-old evil Shaban Kayaana a resident of Buwaama village in Mpigi district planned his psychotic act before sending the mother to the infant to a local market for groceries on Thursday afternoon.
Police spokesperson Fred Enanga says when the 23-year-old mother returned home from buying groceries, she noticed her husband rushing out of the house and out of curiosity asked him where he had left the baby girl.
Enanga further explains that evil Kayaana strangely pointed in the direction of the house and proceeded to run away.
He says upon entering the house, the woman was shocked to find her baby lying almost unconscious and covered in blood with sperm oozing out of her private parts.
She rushed the baby to the nearest hospital before reporting the incident to the police.
Enanga says Kayaana has been detained at Mpigi police station on charges of aggravated defilement.
