Addressing the media today at their headquarters in Naguru, Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga the numbers of those arrested was big because security agencies resolved to not only capture the impound the vehicles and Boda bodas but also drivers and riders.

He adds that operations will not stop now especially because people have relaxed in observing Standard Operating Procedures sop’s.

Boda-Bodas are also not following SOPs. People have been going to bars which are still under locked down. People are not wearing masks. If there is non-compliance, we come in as security to enforce these SOPs,” said Enanga.
